Magnet Paradise (magnetparadise.com) is owned and operated by Lefty Magic LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA ("we", "us"). You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you give us: your first name and email address when you request the 7-Day Alignment Journal or reserve a spot for Magnet Paradise Daily, and the plan you tell us you're interested in.
• Technical information: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To send you the journal you requested.
• To send you occasional emails with inspiration, resources and offers from Magnet Paradise. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or writing to us.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site:

• Cloudflare (website hosting, security and the database where we store your details).
• Resend (email delivery), which sends our emails on our behalf.
• Stripe (payment processing), when you subscribe to a paid plan. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store them.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and delete or anonymize your details within a reasonable period, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
