About these terms

These terms apply to magnetparadise.com, the free 7-Day Alignment Journal and Magnet Paradise Daily, all provided by Lefty Magic LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA (910 W Pierce St #2071, Carlsbad, NM 88220). By using the site you agree to them.

No guaranteed results

Results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, financial or otherwise, from using the journal or any other material.

Magnet Paradise Daily: reservations

Reserving a founding spot for Magnet Paradise Daily is free and does not commit you to buy anything. We will email you when your access is ready, and you decide then whether to start a subscription.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

When paid plans are available, the following applies:

• Plans and prices. Magnet Paradise Daily is offered as a monthly plan ($7 per month) or an annual plan ($39 per year). Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you subscribe, together with any applicable taxes.
• Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• Automatic renewal. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period and your payment method is charged until you cancel. We will remind you by email before an annual plan renews.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds. If you are not happy with your first paid charge, email us within 14 days of it and we will refund it in full. Other charges are non-refundable, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
• Price changes. If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, so you can cancel if you prefer.
• Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Intellectual property

The journal, texts, design and brand are owned by Lefty Magic LLC. You may print and use the journal for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lefty Magic LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the journal. The site is provided "as is".

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
